This service agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") is made between Funread and the user Funread (hereinafter referred to as "user") in connection with the installation, use, and matters relating to the "Funread application". You must agree to these terms of service. If you do not agree to any of these terms, you cannot use Funread services.

1 Ability to accept terms of service

1.1 You confirm that you are at least 13 years old and eligible to comply with the terms, conditions, obligations, representations, declarations and warranties set forth in these Terms of Service and comply with these Terms of Service.

1.2 In any case, you confirm that you are 13 years of age or older, as the Services are not intended for persons under 13 years of age. If you are under the age of 13, please do not use the Service.

2 User Accounts

2.1 If you don't register an account, you can't browse too much content on Funread, and some services can't be used. To get the most out of Funread, you need to register an account, you can quickly log in via google or Facebook, set your security account name, and set a password.

2.2 You are responsible for all activity on your account and keep your password confidential. If you share your account information with anyone, that person can control the account and we may not be able to determine who the correct account holder is. We will not be liable to you (or anyone with whom you share your account information) for your or their actions in this situation. If you find someone using your account without your permission, you should report it to huahujiao123@gmail.com.

Article 3 Intellectual Property

3.1 All intellectual property rights of Funread, and related information content, including but not limited to textual representations and combinations thereof, icons, graphic decorations, images, diagrams, colors, interface designs, layout frames, related data, additional programs, printed materials or documentation electronics etc. Everything herein is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties and other intellectual property laws and regulations. Users may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble Funread without Funread's prior written consent.

3.2 The user acknowledges that any text, image, graphic material of the network services provided by Funread is protected by copyright, trademark and/or other property ownership laws. The above information may not (i) be published or played directly or indirectly in any medium, (ii) rewritten or republished for publication or screening purposes, or (iii) used for any other commercial purpose without the prior written consent of Funread. All or part of the information stored in the user's terminal can only be used for personal and non-commercial purposes. Funread is not responsible to the user or any third party for (i) delays, inaccuracies, errors, omission of information, (ii) any damage and / or loss caused during the transmission or delivery of information or any part thereof or liability.

4 Payment

4.1 Funread is a free application that can be downloaded, copied, installed, and used for non-commercial purposes without restrictions.

4.2 In the process of downloading and using Funread, the mobile operator will generate and charge network fees. Users should consult their local mobile operator for details.

4.3 Funread provides books authorized by the copyright owner. Users may be charged for reading certain books or content. Funread will give the user a clear prompt before charging. Users press "Cancel" or "Back" to cancel, Funread does not charge any fees.

4.4 Funread accepts payments including but not limited to Google Wallet. The user's acceptance of this agreement is considered acceptance of the Funread payment method.

5 Obligations of users

5.1 The user must declare and guarantee that (I) users will use Funread with legal and honest, and (ii) does not violate the legitimate rights and interests of any third party.

5.2 The user declares and guarantees that it will not delete, change, add functions or data stored in the application, or deliberately avoid or destroy Funread' technical measures to protect Funread's copyright. The user must bear all risks and obligations resulting from the violation of these provisions. If the user involves Funread in illegal activities or violates the purpose of this agreement, Funread has the right to immediately stop providing services to the user, and has the right to hold users accountable through legal channels.

5.3 Users can’t use Funread or its services to create, upload, copy, send, or share illegal content.

5.4 The user must be fully responsible for the losses caused to public relations and/or other people due to his violation of this agreement.

5.5 Users agree to accept all information services provided when using Funread.

6 Rights and obligations

6.1 Funread has the right to modify and update Funread at any time according to the needs of the operation and network environment.

6.2 If the user violates this agreement when using Funread and causes losses to the PR(Public Relations), the PR has the right to take measures, including but not limited to stopping the license and services, restricting the use, and pursuing legal responsibility.

7 Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

User acknowledges that Funread is not responsible for the following situations, including but not limited to:

7.1 System problems caused by hurricanes, earthquakes, tsunamis, floods, power outages, wars, terrorist attacks, etc. ("Force Majeure Event").

7.2 Service problems caused by hacker attacks, technical adjustments or failures of the telecommunications sector, website updates, bank problems, etc.

7.3 Funread does not warrant that (i) Funread is free from technical defects, (ii) Funread fixes all defects, and (iii) Funread meets all user requirements.

7.4 The only solution for dissatisfaction with this Agreement or Funread is to stop using Funread.

7.5 The user agrees that this agreement is subject to the jurisdiction of Funread and the user, and any disputes arising from or related to this agreement shall be resolved through negotiation between Funread and the user in good faith. However, if the dispute cannot be resolved, the parties agree to submit it to the district court where Funread is located for arbitration.

7.6 Any provision of this Agreement, for whatever reason, is invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part or in violation of any applicable law, shall be deemed deleted. The other terms of this agreement will continue to be effective and binding.

8 Provide advertising

8.1 We provide several ways for some users to access these services free of charge. To be able to continue that, we display third-party advertisements and promotions on our services or in connection with our services. Due to the advertisements we provide are based on information provided by third parties, we are not responsible for any loss or damage you suffer as a result of any advertisements. Your interactions with Advertisers through the Services, including without limitation all reliance on Ads, all commercial transactions and legal obligations related to such Ads, are solely between you and the Advertiser.

8.2 If you wish to understand how these third party advertisers use your personal information, please visit the Privacy Policy.

User Generated Content Policy（UGC）

9.1 Readers and netizens are strictly prohibited from spreading or making comments that are not in accordance with the facts in the novel chapters. Any of your bad comments may have a bad impact on third parties, we believe you don't want to be treated the same way, please understand and cooperate.

9.2 We hope the content of your posts fits the theme. Any malicious, deceptive or overly vulgar comments will be removed as soon as possible.

9.3 It is strictly forbidden to make offensive personal statements such as ridicule, sarcasm, and insults in novel chapters due to different points of view or different discussion positions. We hope that readers can discuss effectively, harmoniously and rationally.

9.4 It is strictly forbidden to publish content containing pornography, blood, violence, threats, harassment, insults, etc.

9.5 Publication of political topics is strictly prohibited.

9.6 It is strictly forbidden to publish comments containing discriminatory content based on race, color, gender, sexual orientation, religion, ethnicity, region, disability, and socioeconomic status.

9.7 Publication of any form of advertisement or posting with advertising links is strictly prohibited. Once found, it will be deleted immediately. If the situation is serious, the ID account will be blocked.

9.8 Repeated posting is strictly prohibited and homogenized content is published in successive chapters of the same novel.

9.9 Posting reply comments in the following situations is strictly prohibited:

The content is too vulgar, meaningless, very simple pure emojis and other meaningless reply posts.

Irrigation-style replies, copy the same content to reply to multiple topic posts.

Incomplete response, blank post and same content copied multiple times in the same post.

9.10 Comments are welcome. Commenting is a virtue, respecting the work of the authors, and an encouragement to them.
